Dalin Owen

A resident of Miami, Florida, Dalin Owen has served as the chief executive officer of an Edmonton, Alberta-based information technology (IT) consulting firm. He oversees all business and IT operations, which include programming, IT administration, and IT security. He takes a holistic approach to IT upgrades and strives to help each client reach optimal efficiency and performance. Dalin Owen is particularly skilled at improving IT activities in corporate office environments.

Before launching his IT consulting firm in 2006, Dalin Owen spent more than six years with the Zenon Corporation. He joined the company as a junior programmer before advancing to the role of chief technical officer. He gained experience in many areas of IT, from system architecture design to bandwidth provisioning. He also engaged in important leadership activities, such as the delegation of IT tasks. He managed server administration processes for multiple server types, including FreeBSD and Linux, along with custom PHP and C programming activities. His past positions include chief technical officer at SherpaOnline, Inc., and Express Communications Group. Apart from his work in IT, he enjoys studying law.
